The study of a
faculty's professional philosophy
regarding
teaching and learning, particularly as it
ties to the Diné Education
Philosphy (DEP) adapted
by the College
is supported through this grant.
Considerations
The faculty
administering this grant will be providing an orientation to the Diné Education
Philosphy (DEP) adapted by the College They will be seeking all
faculty input for suitable times, places, and specific purposes in
this orientation.
By the end of
the orientation sessions, a report will be posted on the website
indicating faculty perceptions for further study and needs. This
report could be a springboard for those faculty interested in further
studying DEP and their professional educational philosophy regarding
teaching and learning.
