Johnny's birthday was coming up soon
so Johnny's mother asked him what he would like for his birthday.
"A horse!" Johnny said, "I would love to have a horse
for my birthday."
Johnny's mother wanted to make his birthday special
so she bought him a baby colt.
He named the colt, "Shadow."
