For acceptance
into the B.A. Elementary Teacher Education program here at Tsaile you
can take a variety of courses, but they must be transferrable based
on Diné College and Arizona State University guidelines.
We have a checklist
that will guide you. This checklist does not include all of the
possible courses, however it does indicate the required hours and
areas of study you must be working toward before you are accepted in
the CDTE program. You must have MOST of the pre-professional
coursework done before you are accepted in the CDTE program, please
talk to us so we can determine your status.
Because this can
be confusing, we will work with you to help you with your educational
plan. Send us an email
to set up an appointment and talk to an advisor each semester. |

You can transfer
to a 4-year college at any time; however, if you want to take as many
courses as possible through Diné College (at any of our
campuses) before transferring, it is important that you confirm
courses are transferrable to the college you are going to.
Make sure you use
the checklist to guide your choices for which courses to take AND
once you have decided on the 4-year program you will go to, check
with their Academic Advisors so you take the appropriate
courses at Diné College. |
