and providing key data, Doris Bahee, Sheryl Martinez, and Maggie

In addition to the data collection
processing as indicated above, two other resources have been tapped.
The data gathered from these resources will be compiled and managed
with Excel worksheets by Doris and Cheryl:
Maggie
Necefer is attempting to gather the following information (Our
Wish List):
Financial Aid
tracking to show where students went after they left here and if they
stayed in school to ultimately get a bachelor degree.
Official policy
used by Deans canceling classes for the last 5 years (based on
student enrollment minimum?)
Last 5 years
21-day report showing classes prior to cancellation.
Syllabi for MST
used in prior 5 years to identify textbooks, assessments,
expectations, etc
Instructor
evaluations from MST courses (this will be viewed aggregated)
A blank faculty
evaluation form
Does Learning
Center offer tutoring and any kind of diagnostic assessment for
learning disabilities, giftedness? If yes, could we get an
explanation, if no, does it happen some other way?
What is the
history of DC offering tutoring? Is it only recently? What is the
process? How do students know and how are tutors assigned, etc?
Is there an
inventory of equipment by division (Tsaile & Shiprock)?
Is there a listing
of computer labs (open & closed) and their availability to
students and the inventory of machines in those labs (kinds of
software available)?
Explanation of any
marketing or recruitment done (esp. if particular to MST) such as
visits to high schools, etc.
Info from Student
Services (?) , students academic history prior to attendance at DC
(high school, GED, stopped out, older students, etc.)
